Provides virtual scrollbar on viewport edges.

On a very long page, it is too painful for me to scroll from the bottom to the top because I have to swipe the screen again and again. Then this addon will help you! This provides a virtual scrollbar on the edge of the viewport, so you can scroll to any position in the long page easily and quickly.
